Corrective Exercises
Our patients receive special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home or at work and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. Once your pain is resolved and your condition is stabilized, the only way to lock in your new state of health is to strengthen the corrections you have made.
Diagnostic Testing
If a patient requires further evaluation for their condition, Dr. Kaiser can utilize state of the art technology to more accurately diagnose your condition. Not every patient is a candidate for medical testing, but after a comprehesive examination or as a baseline screening, Dr. Kaiser can prescribe the following tests:
